Black-and-white checkered dance floor $500–$1,100 per event for 8×8 through 16×16. Install and takedown are in that number. No subfloor needed: the 4×4 ft panels are built for outdoor use.

A 12×12 is 144 sq ft. Put it in a 20×20 with 50 dinner guests and something loses. 50 + floor → 20×40. 100 + floor → 20×60.

Install rides with the tent crew. You do not pick up a 12×12 in a van.
Per event, like the marquee — not a Saturday-only day rate. Delivery is the tent truck's $175–$350 line, not a second dance-floor freight. 25% deposit locks the size.

An 8×8 under 100 guests who actually dance is a queue, not a floor. Size up.
A real hold, not a “from” price: 12×12 checkered dance floor, per event, install included is $750.00 CAD before tax on the published list. Twenty-five percent is $187.50 in RentKit the day you book. Balance $562.50 before the crew rolls from 9317 188 St, Surrey. Marquee frames stay on our truck — they are not a warehouse pickup. Delivery is $175–$350 by location, quoted to the pin so Vancouver and Harrison are not a 7 AM surprise.
