0112×12 is the usual
One hundred guests does not mean 100 dancers. A 12×12 (~40 dancers) is what we put under most 100-guest 20×60s.
8×8 (~20) if the floor is for a first dance and speeches. 16×16 (~60) if the DJ is the event.
- 12×12 ~40 dancers for 100 guests.
- Floor is $500–$1,100 per event by size.
- 144 sq ft has to live inside the tent plan.
02Tent pairing
100 + 12×12 → 20×60. Not a 20×40.

Not 100 dancers. A 12×12 (~40 people on the floor) is what we put under most 100-guest 20×60s. 8×8 (~20) for speeches and a first dance. 16×16 (~60) if the DJ is the point of the night. $500–$1,100 per event by size, install in.
144 sq ft for a 12×12 has to live in the tent plan. That is why 100 + floor is a 20×60, not a 20×40.
Floor is per event, like the marquee. Delivery rides with the tent truck. 25% deposit locks the size — we do not swap 12×12 to 16×16 on Saturday morning without a conversation.
All-black and all-white 8×8 exist. 12×12 and 16×16 are the checkered workhorses.
Ordering 8×8 because it is the cheap end of the range is how 40 people queue. If they will dance, 12×12.
DJ booth is not free space on the floor. Put the booth on the edge in the planner.
A real hold, not a “from” price: 12×12 dance floor for a typical 100-guest reception is $800.00 CAD before tax on the published list. Twenty-five percent is $200.00 in RentKit the day you book. Balance $600.00 before the crew rolls from 9317 188 St, Surrey. Marquee frames stay on our truck — they are not a warehouse pickup. Delivery starts at $175, quoted to the pin so Vancouver and Harrison are not a 7 AM surprise.
