For 150 guests, the tent we actually install on a Covered wedding package is a 30×60 marquee at $1,890 per event à la carte. Bundled, the Covered package is $2,414 — tent, 19 × 5ft rounds, and 165 fanbacks — already 10% off. Essentials (tables and chairs only) is $713. Garden Premium is $2,978.

02Why that tent, not the size below
We do not sell a “150-person tent.” We sell footprints. The 30×60 is the one that still has aisle room once 19 × 5ft rounds are down. Drop a size and you are stacking guests against sidewall. That is how cake tables end up in the rain.
Per-guest math: $16.10 at Covered. The 50-guest Covered rate is $24.72; 100 is $16.14; 150 is $16.10. Doubling the list from 50 to 100 adds $378, not a second $1,236, because the 20×60 is only $160 more than the 20×40.
03Add-ons that change the bill
Dance floor $500–$1,100 per event (8×8 to 16×16). Heater $100/day. Sidewall $50/day. Chiavari upgrade is $8.50/day instead of fanback $3.25. None of that is in $2,414 unless you switch to Garden Premium (resin chairs, bistro lights, cocktail highboys).
