01What a 30×60 marquee costs
Our 30×60 marquee is $1,890 per event. That number is on the published price list and on the 30×60 marquee product page — not a starting-at teaser. Marquee prices are per event: one figure covers delivery-day install, your event, and teardown. The 10×10 popup is the exception (per day, pickup).

02Who actually fits
Top of our published fleet. We do not rent a 40×60 or 40×80. If the quote you are comparing lists clearspan or sailcloth, that is a different shop. The 150-guest Covered wedding package ($2,414) is built on this tent plus 19 rounds and 165 fanbacks.
Square footage is not guest count. A 1,800 sq ft floor plan still needs aisles, a buffet, and (if you booked one) a dance floor. Use the tent size calculator or the visual size chart before you fall in love with a headline price.
Sidewalls are $50/day. Heaters are $100/day. Bistro lights are $45/day. None of those are folded into the tent line unless you are on Garden Premium.
Neighbour sizes, so you do not shop the wrong SKU: the 30×60 marquee is $1,890 per event and 1,800 sq ft. We do not rent a 40×60 or 40×80. If a quote lists those footprints, or sailcloth, it is a different shop. The 40×80 on our size chart is a planning reference, not a SKU.
03What the tent price does not include
Chairs, tables, linens, dance floor, Starlink, and batteries are separate SKUs on the same truck. Pickup from 9317 188 St, Surrey is free. Delivery starts at $175 and is quoted to the address before you pay. We stake on grass as the default; Richmond parks and most driveways go to ballast because you cannot put steel in that ground.
A 25% deposit locks the date in RentKit. The remaining balance is due before we roll. Weekend events are usually Friday install / Sunday teardown — still one marquee event price.
