Three chair lines cover almost every Harrison destination event:

Best for Harrison Hot Springs Resort indoor and covered receptions, Harrison Mills heritage venues, Lakeshore residence lawn receptions under marquee, and any Harrison booking where the photos prioritize formal seating against the lake-and-mountain backdrops.
- Fanback folding ($3.25/day) — the workhorse for larger destination guest counts. Steel frame, folds flat, stacks compactly. Right for the Resort’s larger outdoor courtyard ceremonies, Harrison community-venue events, and any high-headcount destination booking where Chiavari budget would be prohibitive.
- Resin Garden ($5.50/day) — the destination outdoor pick. Right for Harrison Beach lakefront ceremonies, Sasquatch Provincial Park forest-canopy weddings, Harrison Lagoon outdoor ceremony zones, and any Harrison booking where the morning lake mist or forest dampness is the surface variable.
Mixing lines is free. Destination weddings often need the full chair-line range across the event arc; we ship all three lines on a single Harrison delivery rather than splitting into multiple corridor runs.

Harrison Hot Springs Resort
The Resort drives most of the destination calendar. Most Resort weddings are 80–150 guests with Chiavari for the covered or indoor reception and Resin Garden for any outdoor ceremony portion. We coordinate the install window with the Resort’s events team during quoting; loading-dock access is ample, and the Resort’s adjacent grounds accommodate marquee installs where the wedding needs an additional outdoor footprint.
Harrison Beach lakefront
Harrison Beach’s lakefront ceremony zones are the most-photographed destination outdoor venue in the Eastern Fraser Valley. Resin Garden every time for the beach-adjacent grass and the afternoon onshore breeze. Most beach ceremonies are 60–120 guest configurations; the reception flips to the Resort or a lakefront residence.
Sasquatch Provincial Park forest ceremonies
Sasquatch Park’s forest-canopy ceremony zones run on park-permit windows with strict setback rules. Resin Garden for the forest-floor surface — the only Lower Mainland chair line that tolerates damp duff and uneven ground at the Sasquatch ceremony scale. Hand-carry from the parking lot to the specific ceremony zone.
Harrison Mills heritage and Lakeshore residential
Harrison Mills heritage venues and Lakeshore residence weddings run smaller (60–100 guests typical) with Chiavari-dominant configurations. Standard truck access on the Lakeshore residential streets; tighter access at the Harrison Mills heritage core.
Harrison Lagoon and outdoor community
Harrison Lagoon and Harrison community-venue events round out the calendar with occasional outdoor cocktail-hour seating and ceremony rows. Fanback folding ships in volume for the community-scale events; Resin Garden for the lagoon-adjacent ceremonies.
Per-item pricing
The same on Harrison Beach as at the Resort. Our Chiavari chair is one rate, full stop. The destination corridor delivery is the line item that changes, not the per-chair rate.
Friday-Saturday-Sunday destination logistics
Harrison delivery from our warehouse runs 2 hours one-way via Highway 1 and Highway 7. The Friday-Saturday-Sunday rotation absorbs the corridor cost across a single overnight rather than two same-day runs. Same-day swaps aren’t realistic; we plan around this in pre-quote conversations and recommend slight over-ordering on the chair count to absorb any walk-in additions without a second corridor run.
A 100-guest Harrison Hot Springs chair rental order
For a 100-guest Harrison destination wedding — say a Saturday in August with ceremony at Harrison Beach lakefront followed by a Resort reception — a typical chair-side order looks like:

The two-chair-line setup is the most common Harrison destination configuration when the Resort is the reception venue. For single-venue Lakeshore residence weddings, 100 × Chiavari handles both phases under marquee.
