What our Mission chair lineup covers
A Chiavari ready to load — individually wiped, inspected, stacked.
Three chair lines cover almost every Mission event:
- White Chiavari ($8.50/day) — the wedding-reception standard. Lacquered hardwood frame, ivory cushion, stacks 8 high. Best for Hatzic and Silverhill acreage receptions under marquee, downtown Mission indoor venues, abbey-view restaurant receptions, and any Mission booking where the photos prioritize formal seating against valley-and-mountain backdrops.
- Fanback folding ($3.25/day) — the workhorse. Steel frame, folds flat, stacks compactly. Right for Fraser River Heritage Park ceremony rows, Mission Leisure Centre community events, school events at Mission campuses, and any high-headcount booking.
- Resin Garden ($5.50/day) — the outdoor-resilient pick. Right for Fraser River Heritage Park’s river-overlook ceremonies, Hatzic Lake outdoor weddings, Cedar Valley acreage ceremonies on damp grass, and any Mission booking where the morning surface is dew-prone.
Mixing lines is free. Lougheed corridor delivery means we can absorb the larger Mission acreage orders on a single Saturday run.
Hatzic, Silverhill, Heritage Park — Mission chair patterns

Hatzic Valley and Hatzic Lake acreage
Hatzic Valley acreage weddings drive the upscale Mission calendar. Most are 100–150 guest configurations with a two-chair-line setup. Hatzic Lake outdoor ceremonies run on lakeside grass; Resin Garden every time. Truck access on Hatzic-area rural roads is ample.
Silverhill and Cedar Valley — valley-view acreage
Silverhill and Cedar Valley sit higher up the valley with longer driveways and more pronounced mountain-and-valley views. Most are 100–150 guests with Chiavari-only configurations under marquee. The view is the photographic anchor; the chairs frame it.
Fraser River Heritage Park
Fraser River Heritage Park’s river-overlook ceremony zones are heritage-permit coordinated. Resin Garden for the damp-grass and river-mist exposure. Hand-carry from the parking lot to the specific ceremony zone for some configurations.
Westminster Abbey-adjacent and abbey-view venues
The Benedictine monastery at Westminster Abbey doesn’t host weddings, but its hillside position shapes the photo aesthetic at the surrounding venues. Abbey-view restaurant and residence receptions skew Chiavari-only with intimate guest counts (60–100 typical).
Mission Leisure Centre and downtown community events
Mission Leisure Centre and downtown Mission community-venue events run on Fanback folding for the high-headcount registrations and seated-row community events. Truck access is standard.
Per-item pricing
The same on a Hatzic acreage as at a downtown Mission venue. Our Chiavari chair is one rate, full stop. The Lougheed corridor delivery line is the variable, not the per-chair rate.
Long-haul logistics
Mission delivery from our warehouse runs 75 minutes one-way via Highway 7 / Lougheed corridor. We absorb the corridor time by installing the day before for any Saturday event — the chairs go onto the marquee floor Friday afternoon along with the tent install. Short-notice mid-event swaps run 2–2.5 hours to on-site during business hours.
A 100-guest Mission acreage chair rental order
For a 100-guest Mission wedding — say a Saturday in August with ceremony at Fraser River Heritage Park followed by a Hatzic Valley acreage reception under marquee — a typical chair-side order looks like:
- 100 × Resin Garden chairs river-overlook ceremony at Heritage Park
- 100 × white Chiavari chairs reception under marquee at the Hatzic acreage
The two-chair-line setup is the standard Mission wedding configuration when the ceremony is at a riverside or park venue. For Silverhill or Cedar Valley single-venue weddings (ceremony and reception at the same acreage), 100 × Chiavari handles both phases. For other guest counts, the 50/100/150/200 rental checklist maps the chair count + table count to your headcount. Mission acreage weddings rarely stop at chairs — the marquee, tables, dance floor, and lighting all ship on the same Saturday delivery, off our Mission party rentals catalogue.
