Three chair lines cover almost every Tsawwassen event:
- White Chiavari ($8.50/day) — the wedding-reception standard. Lacquered hardwood frame, ivory cushion, stacks 8 high. Best for English Bluff residence indoor receptions, Tsawwassen Village heritage and restaurant venues, Tsawwassen Shores waterfront residence receptions, and any Tsawwassen booking where the photos prioritize formal seating against ocean-and-island backdrops.
- Fanback folding ($3.25/day) — the workhorse. Steel frame, folds flat, stacks compactly. Right for Diefenbaker Park community-scale events, school events at Tsawwassen campuses, peninsula acreage ceremony rows at 150-guest scale, and any high-headcount booking.
- Resin Garden ($5.50/day) — the outdoor-resilient pick. Right for Centennial Beach ceremonies (the strongest single Resin Garden use-case in our inventory), Beach Grove shoreline ceremonies, cliff-edge English Bluff outdoor ceremonies, and any Tsawwassen booking where beach sand or salt-air exposure is the surface variable.

Centennial Beach — the Resin Garden case study
Centennial Beach is the Lower Mainland’s most-photographed beach ceremony venue and the cleanest case for Resin Garden in our inventory. Beach-sand ceremonies need chairs that won’t show damp edges in afternoon photos, won’t tip on uneven sand, and won’t show salt-air aging across a wedding season. Resin Garden every time. We stage chairs on the wedding-side of the beach in the morning and break down the beach setup before the late-afternoon tide turn.
English Bluff cliff-edge residential
English Bluff’s cliff-edge residences offer some of the most dramatic ocean-and-island sightlines in the Lower Mainland. The cliff-edge wind plan is the operational reality — we confirm the lot orientation during quoting, stage chairs on the sheltered side until they’re needed, and pre-anchor the ceremony rows where wind exposure is significant.
Tsawwassen Village heritage and restaurant
Tsawwassen Village’s heritage and restaurant venues run smaller weddings (60–100 guests typical) with Chiavari-dominant configurations. Standard truck access; most Village receptions are indoor.
Tsawwassen Shores waterfront residential
Tsawwassen Shores’ newer waterfront residential streets accept standard delivery patterns. Most Tsawwassen Shores weddings are 100–150 guests on the residence lawn with Chiavari-only configurations under marquee.
Diefenbaker Park and peninsula community
Diefenbaker Park and adjacent community-venue events run on Fanback folding for the larger seated-row community gatherings. Park-permit delivery windows are standard.
Beach Grove and ferry-terminal-adjacent acreage
Beach Grove’s shoreline-adjacent residences and the ferry-terminal-adjacent acreage lots accommodate larger weddings (150–200 guests) with two-chair-line configurations.
Per-item pricing
The same on Centennial Beach as in Tsawwassen Village. Our Chiavari chair is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — ferry-terminal traffic timing, cliff-edge wind staging — never the per-chair rate.
Ferry-traffic-aware delivery
Tsawwassen delivery from our warehouse runs 35–45 minutes via Highway 17 outside peak hours, 60–75 minutes during summer weekend ferry-loading peaks. We schedule installs to avoid the ferry-loading windows; short-notice mid-event swaps run 60–90 minutes during business hours, longer during ferry peak.
A 100-guest Tsawwassen chair rental order
For a 100-guest Tsawwassen wedding — say a Saturday in August with ceremony at Centennial Beach followed by an English Bluff residence reception — a typical chair-side order looks like:
- 100 × Resin Garden chairs beach-sand ceremony at Centennial Beach (the only Lower Mainland use-case where Resin Garden is the unambiguous answer)
- 100 × white Chiavari chairs reception on the English Bluff residence lawn
The two-chair-line setup is the most common Tsawwassen wedding configuration when Centennial Beach is the ceremony venue. For single-venue Tsawwassen Shores or Beach Grove residence weddings (ceremony and reception at the same address), 100 × Chiavari handles both phases. For other guest counts, the 50/100/150/200 rental checklist maps the chair count + table count to your headcount.
