Embed a Free Event Layout Planner on Your Website
Give your customers a drag-and-drop floor plan tool without building one. One iframe snippet, no API keys, no monthly fee — optionally co-branded with your company name.
A Floor Plan Tool Is Table Stakes — Building One Isn't
Customers planning a wedding or corporate event want to see their layout before they book: will 100 guests fit, where does the dance floor go, how many tables do they actually need. Sites that answer those questions on-page keep visitors; sites that don't send them off to search for a "tent layout tool" — and they land on someone else's website.
Commercial event-diagramming and rental-showroom platforms solve this, but they're typically priced for enterprise — in the range of $79 to $400+ USD per month, often with per-seat pricing, onboarding calls, and annual contracts. That math is fine for a 40-truck operation. It's a hard sell for an independent rental company, a single venue, or a planner's portfolio site.
We built our own planner for foreverpartyrentals.com — a to-scale, drag-and-drop 2D layout tool with tents, tables, chairs, and dance floors, full touch support, image export, and auto-generated layouts from a guest count. And we let other event businesses embed it for free, because a credit link from a useful tool is worth more to us than a licensing fee.
| Typical showroom / diagram platform | FPR embedded planner | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | ~$79–400+ USD/mo, often annual contract | Free — credit link required |
| Setup | Account, catalog import, onboarding | Paste one iframe snippet |
| Visitor signup | Varies by platform | None — instant access |
| To-scale editing | Yes — that's the product | Yes — real inventory dimensions |
| Mobile | Varies | Full touch editing |
| Branding | Yours | Co-branded badge available (your name + our credit) |
Commercial platforms are excellent at what they do — deep CRM, inventory, and 3D features we don't try to replicate. This is the free, embeddable alternative for the layout-visualization piece.
Three Steps, About Two Minutes
1. Paste the snippet
Copy the iframe below into any page on your site — a "Plan Your Event" page works best. No build step, no script tag, no keys.
2. Keep the credit
Leave the visible "Powered by Forever Party Rentals" link in place. That's the entire licence agreement.
3. Co-brand (optional)
Request a partner slug below and add &partner=your-slug to the URL — the in-planner badge becomes "Built for You · Powered by Forever Party Rentals".
Copy and paste this snippet into your page:
Co-branding: once we've granted your slug, change the iframe URL to
…/event-layout-planner-embed?host=external&partner=your-slug. Slugs are lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, granted on request — use the form below or email
welcome@foreverpartyrentals.com.
Request Your Partner Slug
Tell us who you are and where the planner will live. We'll reply with your slug and the exact snippet — usually within one business day.
Embedding Questions
Yes — free for you and free for your visitors. No API keys, no rate limits, no trial clock, no credit card. The only requirement is keeping the visible "Powered by Forever Party Rentals" credit link in place. For context, commercial event-diagramming and rental-showroom platforms are typically priced in the $79–400 USD/month range.
No. The planner detects when it's embedded on an external site (the host=external parameter in the snippet) and automatically hides FPR-specific pricing and the "Get a Quote" form, so it never competes with your own sales process. Your visitors get the layout tool; you keep the customer relationship.
Use the form above (or email us) and we'll add your company to the partner allowlist with a slug. Add ?partner=your-slug to the iframe URL and the in-planner badge renders as "Built for Your Company · Powered by Forever Party Rentals". The FPR credit always remains — that's the deal that keeps the tool free.
No — the visible credit link is the one condition of free use. It's how the planner pays for its own development and hosting. Everything else — your branding around the iframe, the co-branded badge, what your customers do with their layouts — is yours.
Yes — full touch editing on phones and tablets: tap to add items, drag to position, pinch to zoom. We recommend at least 700px of iframe height on mobile layouts so the bottom item drawer has room.
