Port Guichon and Holly — waterfront residential
Port Guichon’s waterfront residential streets accept standard delivery patterns. Boundary Bay-side afternoon onshore wind shapes the anchor strategy — stakes plus supplemental ballast at the bay-facing corners, sidewalls year-round.

George C. Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary
Reifel Sanctuary’s ceremony zones run on permits with strict setback rules. Most accept 20×20 cocktail-style marquees only; full reception tents rarely fit. The standard pattern: ceremony chairs only at Reifel (the marsh-adjacent canopy provides cover), with the reception marquee installed at an adjacent Westham Island farm or Ladner Village venue.
Millennium Park and community events
Millennium Park occasionally books supplemental marquees for community-scale events and larger seated-row functions. 20×20 to 20×40 footprints; park-permit coordination during quoting.
East Ladner — newer residential
East Ladner’s newer residential streets accept standard delivery patterns with friendly truck access. Most East Ladner backyards accept a 20×40 to 20×60 comfortably.
