For a standing cocktail hour we quote about one highboy per 8–10 guests: 8 cocktail tables for 100. Garden Premium is stingier because dinner is seated — 3 highboys at 50, 5 at 100, 7 at 150. Highboys are $15.50/day; white spandex is $15/day.

02Rounds vs banquet vs highboys
Rounds talk better. Banquets fit a narrow 20-foot marquee aisle. Highboys are for the hour between ceremony and dinner — they do not replace dinner tables. A 20×40 with 8 rounds is tight once you add a 12×12 dance floor; that is why 100-guest Covered packages pick the tent they pick.

Worked example: 100 guests ÷ 10 = 10.0 at the stingy end, ÷ 8 = 12.5 at the generous end. We quote 8 for a standing hour. Garden Premium uses fewer because dinner tables already exist.
03What we actually put on the order
Look at the 100-guest wedding package for the itemised list. Linens are quoted with the tables (120 inch floor-length on a 5ft round; 90×132 on a 6ft banquet). Skip 54×108 toppers and 90 inch rounds — they look short on our tables.

Balance $93.00 before pickup at 9317 188 St or before the truck leaves. Delivery, when you want it, starts at $175 and is quoted to the pin so Vancouver and Harrison are not a 7 AM surprise.
