The right call for vineyard ceremonies, Matsqui farm ceremonies, Mill Lake Park lakeside weddings, and any Abbotsford booking that runs partly under sky.

Abbotsford vineyards and farms (Mount Lehman, Matsqui, Sumas) host a lot of the Fraser Valley’s most-photographed weddings. Clayburn Village heritage
Clayburn Village’s heritage streets run smaller, more intimate weddings (40–80 guests) with Chiavari indoors at the heritage venues. Truck access through the village is tight; we use shorter delivery windows.
Sumas Mountain hillside
Sumas Mountain acreages run rural-road delivery with longer driveways. Most Sumas weddings are 100–150 guests with the full chair-line mix.
Per-item pricing
The same on a Mount Lehman vineyard as at Tradex. Our Chiavari chair is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — never the per-chair rate.
Same-day swaps and short-notice add-ons
Abbotsford delivery runs roughly 60–75 minutes via Highway 1. For mid-event swaps and short-notice additions during business hours, we typically arrive within 90 minutes. For weekend long-haul Tradex events, we pre-stage backup inventory on-site.
