Vineyard installs work around row spacing and irrigation. Farm installs handle uneven pasture. Both run rural-road delivery with ample truck access; we walk the site during quoting to confirm marquee placement and anchor strategy.
Tradex Exhibition Centre — gala-scale hardscape
Tradex’s hardscape floor takes full ballast on every leg, no stakes. Loading dock access is ample; we coordinate the delivery window around the venue’s primary programming. Most Tradex marquees are 30×60 or linked 20×40s.
Mill Lake Park and civic
Mill Lake Park’s lakeside ceremony lawn runs city event permits with venue-coordinated delivery. Standard staking with ballast for the lakeside zone given the Fraser Valley afternoon wind.
Clayburn Village heritage
Tight heritage streets, smaller footprint constraints, village-coordinated delivery. Most Clayburn installs are 20×20 cocktail tents or 20×30 supplemental marquees rather than full reception tents.
Sumas Mountain and McKee hillside
Hillside acreages need engineered slope-staking or supplemental downhill ballast for steeper grades. We walk the site during quoting and adjust the marquee footprint where the slope demands it.
Per-item pricing
The same on a Mount Lehman vineyard as at Tradex. Our 20×40 marquee is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — never the tent rate.
Same-day setup and ceremony-to-reception flips
