Yes — the planner is free to use, with no signup, no watermark on exported images, and no time limit. Save your design as a PNG image or as a project file you can reopen later.

Can I embed the planner on my own party rental website?

Yes — fellow event-rental companies are welcome to embed the planner on their site using the iframe code on this page. The only requirement is leaving the visible 'Powered by Forever Party Rentals' attribution link in place.

What dimensions and items does the planner include?

The catalog mirrors our actual rental inventory: marquee tents from 10×10 up to 30×60 ft, 5ft and 6ft round tables, 6ft and 8ft banquet tables, cocktail highboys, Chiavari and Garden chairs, 8×8 to 16×16 dance floors, and stage / DJ booth / bar stations. Dimensions are taken straight from our spec sheets.

Does the planner work on mobile?

Yes — the planner works on phones and tablets. Tap an item to add it, drag to position, pinch to zoom, and press-and-hold for more options. The item palette lives in a bottom drawer and your live capacity and cost totals are one tap away. For long sessions a tablet or desktop is still the most comfortable.

Are the prices in the planner final?

The numbers in the planner are starting prices from our standard catalog — the same per-day and per-event rates listed on each product page. Final quotes add delivery & setup (from $175 depending on distance), takedown, and any package or multi-day discounts — itemised line by line, nothing to pay until you approve.
